ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

Online personal training involves a free video conferencing consultation to discuss fitness goals, previous fitness history, and potential health concerns. I then create a bespoke program and deliver it through an app. Clients complete workouts at their convenience, receive feedback and track progress. Programs are adjusted over time to ensure continued progress.

MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING

Mobile personal training includes a free one-on-one consultation to discuss your fitness goals, previous fitness history, and potential health concerns. The initial consultation and personal training will take place in your home, apartment gym, office or outdoors around Mount Coolum, and I will bring all the necessary equipment.

ONSITE PERSONAL TRAINING

On-site personal training includes a free one-on-one consultation to discuss your fitness goals, previous fitness history, and potential health concerns. The initial consultation and personal training will take place in my outdoor gym in Mount Coolum, and I will provide you with all the necessary equipment.
