How does it work?

Step 1. Consultation

Like traditional in-person training, I will book you for a free consultation before your program commences. The consultation will take place via video call and allow you and me to determine whether we are a good fit.

As a minimum, the consultation involves talking about the following things:

  • Your fitness goals and reasons for wanting to work with a personal trainer
  • Any previous fitness history you might have
  • Any injuries or health conditions I should be aware of
  • How often you would like to or can work out

Since there’s more to fitness than just exercise, I will also talk to you about the following:

  • Nutrition
  • Lifestyle factors (such as stress, sleep, etc.)

Step 2. Follow-up

After our initial consultation, I will assemble a 12-week program tailored to your training environment, goals, fitness level, and exercise experience. I may also suggest eating habits or lifestyle changes to help you achieve your desired results faster. Then, I will invite you to log into my mobile fitness app, where you will find your training program, including all the exercises explained with pictures and videos.

I will also book you for a follow-up consultation after week 1 to ensure the online personal training program meets your needs. The consultation, which will take place via video call, will allow us to review the training program, answer any questions you may have, and adjust your program as needed. 

Step 3. Monitoring & Adjustment

I will monitor through the fitness app every completed workout and task and share feedback through my mobile fitness app to ensure you stick to your program.

If you wish, I will also monitor your nutrition intake to ensure you meet your nutrition targets.

I will also book you for coaching calls of up to 30 minutes to discuss any questions, concerns, program adjustments, exercise techniques, and nutrition advice.
