MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING
How does it work?
Step 1. Consultation & Test Training
I will come to your home, garage or apartment gym for a free consultation and test training. The consultation and test training will allow you and me to determine whether we are a good fit.
As a minimum, the consultation involves talking about the following things:
Your fitness goals and reasons for wanting to work with a personal trainer
- Any previous fitness history you might have
- Any injuries or health conditions I should be aware of
- How often you would like to or can work out
Since there’s more to fitness than just exercise, I will also talk to you about the following:
- Nutrition
- Lifestyle factors (such as stress, sleep, etc.)
I will bring the equipment for the test training with me.
Step 2. Follow-up
After our initial consultation and test training, I will assemble a program with different exercises tailored to your training environment, goals, fitness level, and exercise experience. I may also suggest eating habits or lifestyle changes to help you achieve your desired results faster.
Step 3. One-on-one training
At your home, garage or apartment gym, we will spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility exercises or other activities, depending on your goals. I will bring the fitness equipment for each session, show you how to do each exercise, help you determine how much weight to use and give you pointers for getting the most out of your workout.
