ONSITE PERSONAL TRAINING
How does it work?
Step 1. Consultation & Test Training
I will book you for a free consultation and test training at my outdoor gym in Mount Coolum. The consultation and test training will allow you and me to determine whether we are a good fit.
As a minimum, the consultation involves talking about the following things:
- Your fitness goals and reasons for wanting to work with a personal trainer
- Any previous fitness history you might have
- Any injuries or health conditions I should be aware of
- How often you would like to or can work out
Since there’s more to fitness than just exercise,
I will also talk to you about the following:
- Nutrition
- Lifestyle factors (such as stress, sleep, etc.)
Step 2. Follow-up
After our initial consultation and test training, I will assemble a program with different exercises tailored to your training environment, goals, fitness level, and exercise experience. I may also suggest eating habits or lifestyle changes to help you achieve your desired results faster.
Step 3. One-on-one training
At my outdoor gym, we will spend each session doing cardio, weight training, flexibility exercises or other activities, depending on your goals. For each session, I will show you how to do each exercise, help you figure out how much weight to use, and give you pointers for getting the most out of your workout.
